RCV is a long-term partner for the Job Centers. The current modern career counseling in the Job Centers needs fast and professional work with the client in order to find for him or her a place in the labor market. It is very important to make sure that the client’s personal traits, abilities and interests match the current labor market needs. The career counseling tools we use also have to support another tools of active employment policy (retraining courses, advisory portals, National System of Occupations, etc.) Our company respects these needs of the Job Centers and fully supports them with its services.

We agree with the concept of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs that career advice for pupils of primary and secondary schools is a prevention of their future problems in the labor market.  In the framework of activities of Information and Consulting Center (ICC) we provide support to the Job Centers with our computer diagnostics tool called COMDI. It is used by ICC staff for counseling of primary and secondary schools pupils.

With the assistance of COMDI the school subject Focus on future occupation is connected with the services of ICC ( e.g. demonstrations of various occupations, information from the labor market and discussions). System COMDI is fully compatible with other advisory tools IPS – ISTP, NSP, NSK. More information about the system can be found on a dedicated portal www.comdi.cz.

The key people in the area of active employment policy in the Job Centers are employment agents. RCV provides integrated complex of services to support their challenging work:

All services provided by RCV  in the area of career counseling for candidates and people interested in employment are  in accordance with the Employment Act and current developments in the labor market. The target group of clients for career counseling are all the Job Centers clients, including job seekers with increased care (section 33 of the Employment Act).

RCV with its advisory tools cooperates with the Job Centers on preparing of IAPs (in accordance with the Employment Act). The foundation for the contents part of IAP are the results of computer diagnostics COMDI, or balance diagnostic tests. Job Centers’ staff receive objective, professionally guaranteed and valid materials, structured in accordance with IAP concept.
