RCV runs projects in the field of research and development of human resources. We create our own projects and we also organize and administer them. Another area of our activities is creating software for project management and administration. We provide the same services for other organizations and customers. Our project management is based on the wealth of experience from our national and international projects.

We try to actively develop knowledge management in our organization.  To assure that our services are of the highest quality and are up to date, we regularly exchange know how and experiences with our partners from the field of HR research. Because the Czech Republic joined the EU in 2004, we are mainly interested in projects run according EU methodology.
