Republikove centrum vzdelavani, s.r.o. (RCV) has a long tradition in the field of counseling programmes. The company provides a wide range of high level professional services. Motivational courses are designed for clients who want to improve their position in the labour market. The content of these counseling programs are compiled with respect to the target group and particular needs of the individual. The aim of the course is for the individual to gain more self-knowladge, motivation and orientation in the requirements of the labour market.The participant will also renew and enhance his or her skills in the area of personal and professional growth. The trainee is taught by a specialist familiar with techniques of job search, CV and covering letter composition, labour market model situations, basic labour laws and work safety standards. Part of the course also helps the client to improve his or her information handling skills, communication and self-presentation. The counseling program can be connected with individual career counseling and our own recruitment agency.
RCV also provides financial literacy counseling program. The goal of the program is to increase the client's awareness of financial products and increase his or her ability to manage personal and family financial resources. In the program the participant is explained the basic financial market products by a financial specialist, and has his financial analysis made. After the course the client is able to analyze his or her financial situation, which reduces the risk of his or her falling into a debt trap. Financial literacy courses are run according to the methodology of company COFET a.s.
Aim of this course is to increase knowledge, skills and abilities for work with information technology as the basic requirement of present workforce. In the program participants become familiar with components of PC computers, operating system Windows, dokuments and tables creation, the Internet and e-mail communication.
