Career counselling is one of the basic components of our services within lifelong learning. A person without a clear vision of his or her career can hardly get a good education, find work and be successful in his or her private and professional life. It is hard to develop further without understanding of your own competence level. All our consulting and educational activities are closely linked to the results of career counselling as their integral part. The purpose of this system is to create synergy based on a person’s professional career growth.
Main areas of our career counselling
Work and career diagnostics
Counselling activities measure participants’ aptitude for employment and further education. In our case we use job diagnostics COMDI. It is a counselling instrument which, using computer test batteries, shows important personality traits and recommends a profession in which the tested individual should be most successful. Recommended professions take in consideration the current state of the client’s health and the current situation in the labour market in the given region. Evaluation diagnostics
It is a complex assessment of the participant’s capabilities and opportunities in relation to his job, using both individual and group counselling forms. Outputs are appropriate for a career change decision making, including the proposed follow-up activities. Evaluation diagnostics is performed in compliance with the standardized methodology of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic.
