All counselling and training activities of RCV have the same basic goal – the most suitable job for a person in accordance with his or her ability and aptitude. Activities of our recruitment agency influence all of our lifelong learning instruments and provide us and our clients with feedback on efficiency of our counselling and education.

Job search and recruitment

RCV offers within the portfolio of its activities help to people searching for work, as well as employers looking for new employees.

Thanks to the use and combination of career guidance, counselling programs and practical retraining courses we can guarantee, that employer can get a suitable employee with proven professional aptitude, suitable knowledge/skills and work motivation. We offer expert advice to employers in the area of subsidies for newly created positions. We also help with subsidy administration and we facilitate communication with Job Centres.

Through a network of our professional counsellors we monitor the labor market and we strive to find a suitable employer for our clients, with regards of their specialization as well as salary requirements. Because of the traditional limited labor mobility in the Czech Republic we make sure, that place of work is within easy commute from the clients’ home.
